Introduction to Yoga

Week 1 - Introduction to Sun Salutations
Week 2 - Meet the Warriors
Week 3 -Twisting the night away
Week 4 - Putting it all Together

This 4 week course will give you a good knowledge of the basics of yoga.
We will also look at breath work and relaxation techniques.

Afterwards you will find it easier to slip into existing classes, no more worrying about not knowing what you should be doing.
